Runtive Workspace

The subscription renews automatically each month at the same price until you cancel. The 14-day trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.

What you need

Runtive runs alongside your coding agent in the terminal, and requires git and your own Claude Code or Codex access. Model usage is not included: extraction runs on your own subscription or API key, so you are never billed by us for tokens and we never hold your model credentials.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from the customer portal or by emailing support@runtive.dev. Access continues to the end of the billing period you have paid for. After that the workspace becomes read-only: existing threads, runs and stored evidence stay readable and are not deleted immediately. Retention is described in the Privacy Policy.

Refunds

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first paid charge. Duplicate charges and verified billing errors are always refunded. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as merchant of record. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
